Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located in Bellmore, New York, USA.

 

Q. Do you have a show room?

A. Yes, by appointment.

Q. Are the images shown the item I am buying? 

A. Yes, all photos shown are the exact product you are viewing. Most have been professionally photographed.

 

Q. Will you ship outside the United States? 

A. Yes, but the freight, taxes, duty and insurance cost will have to be manually calculated for anywhere outside the 48 continental states.

 

Q. How do I determine shipping costs?

A. When you select an item to purchase, during the checkout process you will see what the freight amount will be. This does not mean you have to buy the item, you can cancel/opt out at anytime.

 

Q. Are the prices advertised negotiable? 

A. No, we consider our prices to be of fair market value.

 

Q. What are your payment terms?

A. Our payment terms are by PayPal Only. We will only ship after the funds are received in our PayPal Account.

 

Q. What is the manufactures serial Number?

A. Most items that contain a serial number are shown in two places: the SKU number and on the “Other Details” Tab.

 

Q. Does the product come with a case?

A. Go to the “Other Details” Tab. We indicate where applicable, what type of case or packaging is included.
